How are you adjusting to this new way of being? I hope you are well and comfortable.
I am allowing myself to PAUSE a lot now. When I am tired, I take a nap; when I want to go for a walk, I go for a walk (keeping the advised social distance, of course). We all need time to process what is happening. Don't be surprised to feel more tired than usual. I hear this from several people. We are shifting. We are in transition. What is happening is happening for us, not to us. Mindset is key. Fear and worry are of lower vibration and actually can weaken our immunity. But we need strong immune systems (and nerves) now, so let's keep our vibrations high.
As we are all adjusting to this time of cocooning, huddling in, hunkering down, here are some resources to keep your vibrations high:
- Eat lots of fruits and vegetables, the more colorful, the better.
- Listen to Solfeggio healing frequencies on YouTube (my go-to's are 528 & 852 hz at the moment).
- Put on your favorite dance music - and dance.
- Call someone you love.
- Text a friend what you appreciate about her/him.
- Find 5 things to appreciate in your home. Right now.
Since we are already in this weird SciFi movie, how about somebody throw us some virus vision glasses? But, seriously, I am taking this opportunity to delve deeper into my own mindfulness and meditation toolkit to navigate this challenging time.
