I’m back from Germany and musing about feeling better. Feeling better means something different for each of us – and depends on many circumstances and conditions, encompassing:
- Physical Well-being: Reduced pain, discomfort, or symptoms of illness. This might mean having more energy, less fatigue, or fewer physical ailments.
- Emotional Well-being: Enhanced mood, less stress, anxiety, or depression. It involves a sense of happiness, contentment, or emotional stability.
- Mental Clarity: Improved focus, reduced mental fog, and better cognitive functioning. Feeling more alert, clear-headed, and able to think more effectively.
- Overall Health: A sense of balance and harmony in the body and mind, often characterized by a feeling of wholeness and wellness.
All these aspects affect how we connect with ourselves and others – and our quality of life.
As a non-invasive, vibrational, holistic healing art, Reiki works by bringing balance and change.
On the physical level: Reiki induces the body’s relaxation and self-healing responses.
On the emotional level: Reiki helps clear blockages and bring calm and a sense of peace.
On the spiritual level: Reiki promotes a sense of connection – with oneself, others and Life.
Reiki is not magic and not woo-woo, yet it works in miraculous ways. You can find out more what Reiki is and how it can help here.
Here’s to feeling better and staying in touch.
