Please be aware that a credit card is required at the time of booking for Initial Sessions, Return Sessions & Mentoring Sessions. Plan Sessions are paid by code.

I understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances occur, and you may need to change your appointment.

Requests to cancel or reschedule an appointment must be made, at least, 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.

Missed appointments, no shows, late cancellations, or requests to reschedule within 24 hours of an appointment shall count as used and are subject to a charge in the full amount of the service.

For cancellations that occur with, at least 24 hours, notice prior to the booked appointment time:

Refunds for a cancelled Initial Session/Return Session/Mentoring Session will be made to your credit card, less the credit card processing fee. The current processing fees are $5.96 for Initial Sessions, $4.65 for Return and Mentoring Sessions. Plan Sessions are non-refundable.

If you are late for your appointment and haven't notified me, a courtesy call is given 10 minutes past your appointment time. While I will try to accommodate the full session time, out of respect to my other scheduled clients, accommodation may not always be possible.
